Victoria DeButy Kline is entering her sixth season managing social media and digital marketing for the Atlanta Braves. In this role, Victoria leads the team’s social media efforts, with an emphasis on strategy, content and analytics. Additionally, Victoria oversees key Braves digital communication platforms in partnership with Major League Baseball Advanced Media, including Braves.com, mobile, and email. The last two years in Atlanta provided an exciting challenge as the Braves opened a new stadium, SunTrust Park, as well as The Battery Atlanta, a connected mixed-use development.
A UT College of Communications graduate and 3rd generation VFL, Victoria started her sports career working in the Tennessee football recruiting office and volunteering in the Lady Vols’ sports information office. After various roles in the NFL and MLB, Victoria found her passion for connecting fans to team through the power of social media and digital marketing.
Ashley is the Director of Team Sports at Lagardère Sports. During Ashley Kerns’ eleven years in sports marketing, she has represented numerous pro athletes, including four first-round NFL draft picks and six NFL pro bowlers. She has negotiated over $4 million in endorsements for her clients.
Kerns graduated in 2005 from the College of Arts and Sciences with a degree in English. She worked for four years as a marketing coordinator with Fox Sports Net. She then became director of marketing and public relations at Knoxville’s Allegiant Athletic Agency before launching her own business, Kerns Marketing and Management, in 2012. Kerns oversees the personal brand, marketing strategy, and endorsement portfolios for some of the best players in the NFL. Kerns is based in Atlanta, where she received her MBA from Georgia Tech in 2015.
